With monday.com, you can share dashboards with non-members without having to create additional accounts, plus you can control what that person can or cannot do. This feature can be very helpful for product marketing teams that rely on freelancers to complete their projects. I believe that monday.com is the best software for marketing planning because it enables users to organize tasks, set permissions, and share information with their team members with a few clicks.

Creating complete workflows or collaborative to-do lists is simple, and you can set goals and track their progress with ease.

Wrike allows users to monitor progress and results in real-time, so they can make course corrections as needed.

One of the key features of Wrike is the @mentions function, which allows users to tag other team members in comments and tasks. This ensures that everyone is always kept in the loop regarding the status of a project. The software makes sharing files and resources with team members easy, so everyone can access the information they need. Wrike gives users greater visibility into their marketing campaigns. Marketing teams can create detailed plans that lay out every step of a campaign from start to finish. Gantt charts visually represent how tasks progress over time, helping team leaders spot potential bottlenecks before they become problematic.
