During our early access phase, new members get a 50% discount. Upon acceptance into the community, the fee would be $199 for the first year.

After March 25, 2024 membership fees for new members will be $399 / year.

The Product Manager Membership is not a simple badge, certification program, or professional association to fill up your bio—it’s a vibrant and curated community focused on supporting each member’s journey beyond product-market fit.

The main focus of this Membership is the community—we provide a platform for Members to own the space and the discussion around scaling digital products to the next stage of maturity. It is a dynamic, evolving space where you are empowered to give shape to the group and to the future of product management.

Unlike other communities, we have a team of Experts on staff to get you answers quickly, and we are deliberately keeping our community intimate and selective to enrich the conversation.

We also involve members of our Advisory Board, all of whom are reputable thought leaders in the product space. It’s like tapping into a firehose of lived experiences.

In all seriousness, when you become a Member, the first thing that happens is you’ll receive your acceptance letter and a few informative onboarding emails to help you start taking advantage of Membership resources at a do-able pace.

You’ll start by learning about Membership and creating a Member profile on the site, with access to the Members Dashboard. The Members Dashboard is where you’ll find all of your resources in one place.

You’ll be introduced to these resources little by little so you have time to get comfortable with the new space.

Yes! We have group discounts and other payment options for folks in varying financial situations.

Our sessions are online, expert-led and include detailed, practical steps that teaches you how to wield a specific product-related skill.

We deliver most of these sessions live, and the replay of each (including any handouts or templates) are available in our library to watch on-demand whenever you’d like.

You can pay with any major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx).

You can cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you’ll retain access to your Membership content until the end of your billing cycle.

So, if you cancel mid-year, your Membership won’t expire until the end of the year within which you subscribed.

Given that this is a subscription that delivers ongoing value, it is our general policy to not offer partial or full refunds for payments.

Please be aware, if you decide to cancel your Membership midway through the term, your Membership will remain active until your billing cycle comes to an end (this means it doesn’t expire until the end of your one-year billing period).
