As the Associate Director of Product Strategy at DockYard, I blend creativity, strategy, and empathy, honed from my background in digital agency dynamics and improv teaching. My journey from project to product management, and then to strategy & user experience design, has focused on developing effective strategies for decision-making. At DockYard, I’ve developed the Ethical Product Strategy Framework, guiding product creation with performance excellence and ethical standards. This work emphasizes making a positive societal impact. Outside of work, my three daughters inspire me to lead with authenticity, compassion, and resilience, balancing ambition with empathy.
